I worked solely with Pedro, who I believe is the office manager. He was professional, personable, and gave me a very honest and trustworthy impression. The owner walked through as well and was very welcoming. The rest of the staff was just as pleasant. Although I didn’t interact with everyone directly, they were smiling, friendly, and created a welcoming atmosphere, which is appreciated when you’re preparing to spend hundreds of dollars on vehicle repairs! 😩😂
I also appreciated the small touches, such as offering cold bottled water to customers while they wait. The waiting area was clean, and the restroom was clean as well. The entire shop has a professional vibe.
